We are guided by the teachings and practices of Thich Nhat Hanh. Our gatherings are 2 hours in duration and include sitting, walking, chanting, recitations, readings (usually one of Thay’s books), mindful sharing, and singing. We hope you enjoy your time with our humble and noble Sangha.
