About this sangha

We have a weekly meeting of between 1.5 - 2 hours in the Plum Village Tradition. We have guided meditation, sitting mediation, silent meditation, read a text (a book of Thay's or a sutra) and Dharma sharing. Once a month we read the Five Mindfulness Trainings.
