About this sangha

Our meetings offer guided sitting meditation, mindful movements, dharma sharing, and walks in the fields, the bluebell woods or along the river! Everyone is invited, from absolute “beginners” to experienced practitioners, from Marlow and the wider area. Tea, fruit and cake are often invited too! We have a WhatsApp group you can join too.

Meeting information

• Ad hoc 2-3 times monthly (email for details). Plus from Sep 2025 first Sunday each month at Liston Hall, 7 - 9pm.
