About this sangha

This community was establised since 2010 by Brother Chan Hy Mac and Brother Chan Hy Son (Br Mountain). We meet in person. We practice sitting, walking, monthly talks, sutra reading and study, total relaxation, touching the earth, mindful movements, recite and observe the 5 Mindfulness Trainings. We also have Day/weekend of Mindfulness every 2-3 months. Its for all ages and everyone is welcome.
