About this sangha
We meet at Lifeguard Station 22 in Santa Monica — located straight out from the intersection of Pacific Street and Ocean Avenue. Our vision is to create a welcoming, long-term practice community rooted in mindfulness, where people are encouraged to come meditate whenever it feels right for them. We encourage gathering any morning of the week from 6:00am to 9:00am, when the beach is most peaceful. To increase the chances of meditating with others, we invite you to participate in “Meditation Mondays” from 7:00am to 9:00am, all year round.
