About this sangha

Moon Hamlet is the name of our peer-led group. We are a part of Wake Up Hanoi, Wake Up Vietnam, and the global Wake Up network. We practice the art of mindful living inspired by the teachings of Zen Master Thích Nhất Hạnh and Plum Village tradition. We come together every Monday to practice in English and every Wednesday to practice in Vietnamese.
