About this sangha

Morning Light sangha was established in Taipei in 2011, to introduce PV practices to local practitioners to prepare and promote Thay’s teaching tour that year. It is the first lay PV sangha in Taiwan and has continued except for a brief hiatus from time to time.We meet twice a month, conducted one week in English and the other in Taiwanese Mandarin. We practice all Plum Village practices such as walking, sitting, touching the earth, total relaxation, beginning anew, singing PV songs and read an excerpt from Thay’s books before dharma sharing and end with a metta meditation. We recite the 5 Mindfulness trainings every other month.
