About this sangha

An hour of formal meditation practice, sitting, walking, sitting, following by personal check-in, tea, and dharma sharing on a text of Thich Nhat Hanh. Seasonal sangha potlucks, semi-annual days of mindfulness, quarterly recitation of Five Mindfulness Trainings. Winter series of meditation classes from 6-7 pm ET prior to sangha gathering. Shared sangha leadership. Everyone welcomed!
