About this sangha

We are a sangha serving southwest Colorado and northwest New Mexico which practices in the Plum Village tradition, offering sitting and walking meditation, Dharma sharing, recitations of the Five Mindfulness Trainings, and singing together! We also offer days of mindfulness and children's programs on a periodic basis.
