About this sangha
We are an active community of mindfulness practitioners, inspired by the teachings of Zen Master and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh. We gather together to practice sitting and walking meditation, share our joys and difficulties during Dharma Sharing, and to encourage each other on the path of practice.
