About this sangha

Our meetings generally include sitting and walking meditation, a Dharma reading and Dharma sharing. We've also been known to share vegan potluck meals together. We welcome practitioners of all ages and all levels of practice. We also have daily practice support, available for 20 minutes via zoom both early AM and in the evening, 6 days per week (Sunday - Friday). Small groups attend regularly, and drop-ins are welcome.

Meeting information

• Saturdays 10:00 to 11:45 AM at a park behind the Katie Wheeler Memorial Library and via Zoom 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month 4:00 to 5:30 PM.
