About this sangha

IN-PERSON MEETINGS ON THE FIRST AND THIRD TUESDAY OF THE MONTHWe meet at the Kailash Centre in St John's Wood. In-person meetings last from 7pm to 8.30pm. We practice walking, sitting and guided meditations in a small group as well as sharing our experiences in the path. ZOOM MEETINGS DETAILS: Zoom meetings last one hour from 7pm to 8pm. They take place on the second and fourth weeks of the month.
