About this sangha
We practice in the Plum Village tradition, though members come from various traditions. We meet in early Sunday evenings. We sit 20’, walk 10’, sit 20’, drink tea mindfully, read a selection (usually from Thay, sometimes from other Buddhist writers, have dharma sharing. Once a month instead of a reading we recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings, and seek to live by them.
