About this sangha

We meet in the East Hall in Cromarty, 7pm for informal tea and discussion, 7.45 for formal practice. We hold Days of Mindfulness quarterly. All welcome. We practise engaged Buddhism in various ways including supporting the Highlands Supports Refugees group.
