About this sangha

Our Sangha meets several days a week at different locations including an AA meditation meeting. We offer regular sitting and walking meditation practice in the Plum Village Tradition. We have several days of mindfulness throughout the year. Sunday night practice includes dharma discussion.

Meeting information

• Sunday nights 6-8pm in a private home (call 985-705-3395) in Mandeville, LA, Tues./Thurs. 10:30am AA meditation meeting at Serenity Hall in Mandeville, LA, Monday 12-1pm at the Women's Center for Healing and Transformation in Abita Springs, La, and 6:30am sitting meditation at 5001 HWY 190 Service Rd., C-2 in Covington, LA. We also meet via Zoom.
