About this sangha
Ocean Zen Community of Mindful Living practices in the Plum Village Tradition, meeting for sitting meditation, dharma sharing, sutra study, and recitation and observation of the Five Mindfulness Trainings. Our Sangha is led by Order of Interbeing members (ordained students of Thich Nhat Hanh), who are also committee members of Plum Village (Communities of) South Australia. Our little Sangha regularly ‘mixes in’ with sister Sanghas.
