About this sangha

We have meditation, followed by eating mindfully, a walk in the Monastic village, then meditation and dharma discussion in the afternoon. Please bring lunch /tea and suitable clothing/footwear for outdoor walking. Small donation (suggested 10 Euro) for use of room. If you wish to join us, you must phone or email ahead of time to reserve a place as space is limited
