About this sangha

Practicing mindfulness in the Plum Village tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. All are welcome to join us as we enjoy sitting meditation, walking meditation, Dharma talks and Dharma sharing weekly. The last Sunday of the month, we recite the Mindfulness Trainings. Chairs, cushions, and parking passes available onsite. We've added a second Sangha at Dharma Bum Temple 4144 Campus Ave, San Diego, CA 92103
