About this sangha

Open Sky Sangha practices in the tradition of Ven. Thich Nhat Hanh. Each week we offer a guided meditation, walking meditation, silent sitting meditation during our first hour. We then transition with mindful tea into our second hour which varies each week. We may offer a Dharma practice talk by one of our members, a video streaming Dharma talk by Thay or the monastics, a tea ceremony, a book reading, touching the earth or some other mindfulness practice. All are welcome!
