About this sangha

We are a secular group of friends that practice mindful living in the Plum Village tradition. Some are brand new and others of us have an established practice. We’re peer- led and share in facilitation. While our meetings are based on Buddhist practices, everyone is encouraged to appreciate and deepen their own (root) tradition. We welcome all ages, identities backgrounds and experience. Each evening we share a reading and talk about what comes up for us. Our practice is interactive.
