About this sangha

Meets weekly as a group of committed Plum Village practitioners looking for connection and support. Leadership rotates, so the exact format of the gathering varies based on the leader's discretion. It typically includes a sitting meditation, reading, Dharma sharing, recitation, and discussion of the Five Mindfulness Trainings, walking meditation, viewing of Dharma talks by Thay or other monastics, and even mindfulness-based art projects. We also have a time to check-in with each other, sharing tea and small treats.

Meeting information

• We meet at 7 pm each Thursday online via ZOOM, and the third Saturday of the month at 5:30 pm we have a virtual potluck.
