About this sangha
Peaceful Steps Sangha is local community practicing mindfulness in the Plum Village tradition. Meetings are held in an outdoor setting. We start with 20 minutes of walking meditation, followed by introductions and an internal and external weather check-in by each member. We select a book in the Plum Village Tradition and read through to its completion. The meeting will conclude with the recitation of the Merits of the Practice.
