About this sangha

This Atlanta area sangha meets at the Red Clay Buddhist Meditation Community Center. Drawing on the wisdom of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and the larger Plum Village community, we gather weekly to practice cultivating peace, joy, solidity and freedom within and around us. The schedule includes sitting and walking meditation, dharma readings and sharing. Once a month we recite The Five Mindfulness Trainings. We meet in person and offer a Zoom option. All are welcome.
