About this sangha

We practice in the Plum Village tradition of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. Our practice is lighting candle offering 2-3 touchings of the earth to the 3 jewels, meditation (sit walk sit, sometimes guided, approximately 60 minutes), serve tea, tea Gatha enjoy our tea!, Dharma discussion (with facilitator offers topic or reading ). Last Tuesday of the month: 5 Mindfulness Trainings recitations. We have long retreats during the course of the year.
