About this sangha
We are a member-led group. We practice sitting/walking meditation, including Plum Village meditations, Dharma sharing, recordings and readings of Thich Nhat Hanh's writings, and the recitation and observation of the Five Mindfulness Trainings. We incorporate the sharing of personal stories and humor into our group.
