About this sangha

We are a warrm and welcoming group of practitioners who meet in North Fife to practise Mindfulness together in the tradition of Zen Buddhist Thich Nhat Hanh and Plum Village. We meet in the Westbank Natural Health Centre in the beautiful village of Strathmiglo.
