About this sangha

Welcome to the Prairie River Sangha, established in 2005 for group practice of mindfulness meditation in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. The Prairie River Sangha is a community inspired to cultivate the art of living life more fully in the present moment.The group meditation meetings include silent meditation, walking meditation, and discussion time.
