About this sangha

A community focused group dedicated to the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and the essence of cultivating beloved community. We will do sitting meditation, listening to dharma talks and dharma discussion/sharing. We will meet in bi-weekly in person, in our apartment in Villeray (with a cat).
