About this sangha

We meet and practice in the tradition of Plum Village and Thich Nhat Hanh. Our meetings may include walking meditation, seated meditation, Dharma talks, Dharma sharing, and reciting the Five Mindfulness Trainings and the Fourteen Mindfulness trainings.
