About this sangha
Rising Tide Sangha is affiliated with the Mountain Spring Monastery in Bilpin. We come together to build a community locally to promote peace, understanding and compassion, via mindfulness training. We sit, walk mindfully, and engage in dharma discussion and sharing. We welcome everyone in the local area.
