About this sangha
We practice in the Plum Village tradition of our teacher, Thich Nhat Hanh. We meet on Zoom every week for sitting meditation, walking meditation, dharma reading and dharma sharing. We also have a lovely in-person Mindful Meal each month. All are welcome.
