About this sangha

We meet in person one Tuesday evening each month and online on other Tuesday evenings. Please contact us by phone, whatsapp or email to get the address and directions or the online joining link. On all other Tuesdays we meet online with meetings running 7.30pm (room open from 7.15pm to gather and settle) – 9pm. For details of joining online meetings please email the contact address given. The 2nd and 4th Tuesdays are suitable for beginners and the 3rd Tuesday is a study group suitable for more experienced practitioners. We have Days of Mindfulness throughout the year and Mindful Fell Walking events in South Lakeland. Anyone interested in joining is welcome. We have a sister Rolling Tide Sangha that meets in Lancaster on other days.
