About this sangha

We share facilitation of the meetings. Usually they include sitting and walking meditation, a reading and an opportunity for mindfully sharing our thoughts. If you have never meditated before, please let us know beforehand or when you arrive, so that we can offer a few words of guidance. In addition to our regular programme, from time to time we offer Days of Mindfulness, “looking deeply” days, walks and other activities. We have a sister Rolling Tide Sangha that meets in Kendal.

• 1st, 3rd & final Thursdays in Lancaster, 6.45 to 8.30pm (online and in person) 1st & 3rd Mondays in Yealand Conyers, 3 to 5pm (online) 2nd & 4th Tuesdays in Kendal, 7.30- 9.30pm (online and in person)
