About this sangha
Our practice includes both silent and guided meditation, deep relaxation practice, and walking meditation outdoors, weather permitting. We have a reading or dharma talk, followed by dharma discussion. Lastly, we share a potluck meal together. We hold a spacious silence in this half-day practice.
