About this sangha

All ages, visitors and level of experience welcome. We start the morning with a guided meditation, then walking meditation, sitting meditation, a reading from one of Thich Nhat Hanh books and then a dharma sharing. We spend most of the morning in noble silence apart from the dharma sharing and goodbyes. No donation is needed.
