About this sangha

The aim is to build a local community of mindfulness practitioners. Intended practice includes weekly walking or sitting meditation. Once per month, if participants agree, we can stream dharma talks or we can hold dharma sharing sessions. Once the community grows we can organize dedicated retreats.
