About this sangha

A nossa Sangha tem membros de todo o Brasil. Praticamos a meditação sentada, a meditação a caminhar, o estudo e a leitura dos textos do Dharma e do Thay, e a partilha de acordo com a estrutura das sanghas da Vila dos Ameixeiros. Todos os meses também recitamos juntos os Cinco Treinos da Atenção Plena. Todas as crenças, religiões e idades são bemvindas. Our Sangha has members from all over Brazil. We have sitting meditation practices, walking meditation, study and reading of the Dharma and Thay texts, and sharing according to the structure of the Plum Village sanghas. Every month we also recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings together. All beliefs, religions and ages are welcome.
