About this sangha

We are a sangha in the Plum Village tradition, emphasizing engaged Buddhism through practice and action in our local community. We offer meditation for Buddhists and non-Buddhists of all ages, including sitting and walking meditation. During our Buddhist ceremonies, we participate in dharma sharing, sutra chanting, monthly talks by Plum Village monastics, recitation and observation of the Mindfulness Trainings, and the support of a daily practice for each member.
