About this sangha

Slowly Ripening Sangha practices Zen Buddhism in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. For your first visit come 15 minutes early to orient. No meditation experience needed. Begins with an hour of meditation—two sits and one walk. After a short tea break, we return for a brief ceremony, a reading or a discussion of our individual practices. There is no charge for joining us in meditation, but we do have a dana (generosity) bowl out for donations.
