About this sangha

We practice to deepen our experience of mindfulness, peace, compassion and understanding by engaging in sitting meditation, walking meditation and other mindfulness practices inspired by the tradition of Plum Village and Zen Teacher and Peace Activist Thich Nath Hahn. Our meetings are open to everyone and a contribution towards costs is welcome. For new members and visitors, please arrive 10 minutes early for orientation. We also frequently offer days of mindfulness usually on Sundays. Please contact for up to date details.
