About this sangha

Our sangha activities include introductions, guided meditation, sharing the Five Mindfulness Trainings, a Dharma talk, Mindful Movement, Dharma or readings, followed by Dharma sharing principles, the sharing, and a closing meditation or song with the Dedication of the merit. After official sangha activities, we have casual socializing, discussing what we want from the sangha and friendship with some food and drink.
