About this sangha

Our South Coast Sangha in Greve is a meditation community dedicated to the Plum Village tradition, following the teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. We offer a space for mindfulness practice and meditation, sharing the facilitation role between us. Gatherings are held every other Tuesday and we gladly welcome new members.
