About this sangha

Our weekly Sangha meeting consists of: a short chant or recitation (for the last couple years we've used the Plum Village Morning Chant), about a half hour of sitting meditation, a few minutes of walking meditation, a recorded Dharma talk (by various Buddhist teachers lately), and Dharma sharing. We meet in person and online.
