About this sangha
Spacious Hearts is affiliated with the Mountain Spring Monastery at Bilpin, and our sister-sangha Smiling Hearts who we will occasionally share Days of Mindfulness and other activities with in the Mountains area. We welcome people from all backgrounds, and celebrate the participation of all races, genders, LGBTQ+, ages, religions and levels of practice (those who are new or experienced with meditation or Buddhism).
