About this sangha
Typical Sangha gatherings include a dharma talk (read or viewed on video), sitting, walking and guided meditation, and dharma sharing. Music (practice songs and chants) and mindful movement may also be featured, as well as regularly scheduled Mindfulness Training recitations.
