About this sangha

We meet weekly to practice in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh at (Congregation Beth Shalom). We practice using guided and sitting meditation, enhanced by recorded chanting and Dharma talks. Walking meditation and discussion of practice are also included. Chairs are provided. This practice is supported by the Unitarian Universalists of Central Delaware.
