About this sangha

The Still Water Mindfulness Practice Center’s core purpose is to nourish the seeds of mindfulness, compassion, and community in individuals, families, and the larger society. Members of the Still Water community join together at weekly sittings and gatherings; at retreats, classes, and workshops; and informally, as friends.

• Walking meditation on the first Sundays of each month, 9:00-10:00am ET, in-person at Woodend Nature Sanctuary.
