About this sangha

The Still Water Mindfulness Practice Center’s core purpose is to nourish the seeds of mindfulness, compassion, and community in individuals, families, and the larger society. Members of the Still Water community join together at weekly sittings and gatherings; at retreats, classes, and workshops; and informally, as friends.

Meeting information

• Practice on Wednesdays, 7:00-8:15pm ET, online. There is mindful walking or in-person meetings on the fourth Sundays of each month, 9:30-11:00am.
