About this sangha

The Still Water Mindfulness Practice Center’s core purpose is to nourish the seeds of mindfulness, compassion, and community in individuals, families, and the larger society. Members of the Still Water community join together at weekly sittings and gatherings; at retreats, classes, and workshops; and informally, as friends.

• Practice on the first Saturday of each month, 12:00-1:15pm ET, online. Please register by emailing mindfulartmaking@skypond.us and include a sentence or two about what is attracting you to this group.
