About this sangha

We are a community formed with enthusiasm and joy, in the Plum Village Tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. Meetings include sitting and walking meditation, readings and talks by Thay and Plum Village monastics, Dharma sharing, and regular recitation of the Five Mindfulness Trainings.
